Summer break is almost nearing it’s end. I’m not really affected since summer break doesn’t exist after college and here in San Diego, seasons never really change.
The unofficial end of summer is typically Labor Day. This year that falls on Monday, Sept. 4th. But if you want to get technical, summer really ends on September 22nd, meaning there’s still a lot of time to soak up the sun, bbq, and wear your fave summer fashion.
I didn’t really have a defined bucket list for the summer because again, it’s not like I had it off. But within the next month or so I’d like to do the following:
- Go to the beach and have a bonfire
- Drive to LA and possibly do one of the Hollywood sign trails
- Have/attend a BBQ
- Go to the San Diego Zoo or Safari Park
- Karaoke with friends
- Bar hopping & dancing
- Check out a summer movie
- Be a tourist in my hometown
- Do a vlog or cover
- Finish this blog challenge
These are pretty basic things, but my summer has been really uneventful. As far as trips, I went to Vegas, but that’s about it. My main goal is to have good times with friends and family. I definitely need to make more of an effort to get out there and do more than go to work Monday to Friday, you know?
And aside from my bucket list, I want to do some summer cleaning and brainstorming for the months to come. There’s so much I want to do and I need to get motivated!
P.S. I apologize for this short post. I didn’t have the time today. But at least I’ve written something for the past 23 days!
